Privacy / clear operating boundaries
This policy explains how VISION MIX LIMITED handles information when you use our mobile applications, websites, support channels, and related services.
VISION MIX LIMITED (“VISION MIX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is responsible for the processing described here. This policy applies to our Apps, including Authenticator App, LED Marquee - Sign Maker, Calorie Tracker: Eat Smart, and Cleanora: Phone Cleaner, and to related support and website interactions.
It does not replace the privacy terms of an app store, device platform, website you visit, or another independent service.
Authenticator secrets and marquee content are designed for local use. These functions operate without asking you to register an in-product user account and do not provide an in-product public-posting feature.
When you deliberately use image-based calorie recognition, the selected photo, relevant request instructions, and the resulting estimate may be encrypted in transit and sent to our server. Our server may call OpenRouter to route the recognition request to an AI model.
These photos and recognition results are used only to provide the requested function, maintain security, and diagnose a specific failure. Uploaded photos and associated results are deleted from our active systems no later than two weeks after processing, unless a longer period is legally required or you separately send the material in a support request.
We do not use this feature to identify a person. Nutrition and calorie results are automated estimates and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Cleanora: Phone Cleaner performs cleanup analysis and storage insights on your device. It does not upload your photos or videos to our servers, use them for remote AI processing or training, or send them to an external AI provider for these functions. If a future version changes this processing model, we will update this policy to describe the change.
Depending on the App build and settings, we may receive IP address, device and operating-system type, language, app version, coarse region inferred from network data, feature events, crash reports, performance logs, consent choices, and limited app-store installation or receipt information. We use these signals to deliver, secure, measure, and troubleshoot the Apps.
If you start a free trial or purchase a subscription, the app store provides entitlement, product, transaction, renewal, and cancellation status. The store processes payment credentials; we do not receive your full card number.
The Apps request access only when a feature needs it. Camera access may be used to scan an authenticator QR code or capture a food photo. Photo-library access may be used to select a food image.
Cleanora: Phone Cleaner may request full or limited photo-library access to provide its cleanup and storage-insight features. With your permission, it may access photos, videos, and related information made available by iOS, such as media type, file size, creation date, and media category. It may use this access to:
You may allow full access, limited access, or remove access through your device settings. If access is denied or limited, some Cleanora: Phone Cleaner features or results may be incomplete or unavailable. The App does not automatically delete photos or videos; you decide which items to remove.
Granting a permission does not authorize continuous collection, unrelated access, or public disclosure.
We process information to provide the requested feature; save local preferences; confirm purchases; respond to support; prevent fraud, spam, and abuse; maintain reliability and security; measure performance and advertising where enabled; comply with law; and establish or defend legal claims.
For Cleanora: Phone Cleaner, photo-library access and related on-device processing are used only to provide cleanup, organization, review, and storage-insight features inside the App.
Depending on the context, processing is based on performing our agreement with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating a safe service, or a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent through device or App settings without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Depending on the App version, platform, region, and feature used, we may work with OpenRouter for AI request routing; Firebase for infrastructure or diagnostics; Google Analytics for measurement; Google Ads for advertising; reCAPTCHA for abuse prevention; SupportBox for customer support; and OLYMPIC s.r.o. for technical service delivery or support.
Each provider receives only the information reasonably needed for its assigned service and handles it under its own terms. An App that does not include or activate a particular integration does not send data to that provider merely because it appears in this list.
We may disclose information to the providers above, app stores, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a merger or asset transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information for money.
Where advertising or cross-context measurement is legally treated as a “sale” or “sharing,” you may use the App’s consent controls, device privacy settings, or platform advertising controls to limit it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls, transport encryption for remote requests, service monitoring, and restricted provider access. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Protect your device and never send authenticator secrets to support.
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use contractual protections or another lawful transfer mechanism and apply safeguards appropriate to the information and service.
You can manage permissions and advertising choices in device settings, delete local App data, cancel subscriptions through the relevant store, and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable. Instructions for the four deletion paths are in our User Data & Deletion Guide.
When you choose to delete a photo or video through Cleanora: Phone Cleaner, the action is handled through the iOS photo-library permission and confirmation flow. Depending on your device settings and iOS behavior, deleted items may be moved to the Recently Deleted album in the Photos app. You may be able to recover or permanently remove those items through the Photos app. Cleanora: Phone Cleaner does not delete media automatically and cannot guarantee that an item will remain recoverable.
We may verify a request and may retain information when required by law, needed for security, or exempt from deletion. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority.
The Services are intended for users aged 17 or older. If applicable law requires a higher age or additional consent, that requirement applies. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from anyone below the applicable age. If you believe a younger person provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our Apps, providers, or legal obligations. We will change the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies from its stated effective date.
