Terms / practical rules of use
These Terms govern your use of mobile applications, websites, support channels, and related services provided by VISION MIX LIMITED.
These Terms form an agreement between you and VISION MIX LIMITED (“VISION MIX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to our Apps, including Authenticator App, LED Marquee - Sign Maker, Calorie Tracker: Eat Smart, and Cleanora: Phone Cleaner, as well as related websites and support.
By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using a Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 17 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If applicable law requires a higher age or additional consent, that requirement applies. If you use a Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it and that “you” includes that organization.
Subject to these Terms and applicable app-store rules, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Apps on devices you own or control. The current functions operate without asking you to register an in-product user account.
You receive no ownership in the Apps, their code, branding, or underlying technology.
Image-based calorie recognition may send your selected photo and instructions through our server to OpenRouter for AI processing. Automated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You remain responsible for reviewing results and for decisions based on them.
Do not use an estimate for diagnosis, treatment, emergencies, medication, or the management of a medical condition. Seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.
Cleanora: Phone Cleaner performs its cleanup analysis on your device. Duplicate groups, similar-media groups, cleanup categories, large-media lists, storage calculations, photo library composition, and gallery growth statistics are provided to assist your review. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or affected by media metadata, iCloud Photos status, system permissions, or changes made outside the App. You should review each item before deleting it.
You retain ownership of text, photos, QR codes, and other material you provide. You grant us and our processors a limited, worldwide license to host, transmit, reproduce, and process that material only as needed to deliver, secure, and support the feature you request.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the material and that it does not violate law or another person’s privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual-property rights.
Cleanora: Phone Cleaner requires photo-library access for its core cleanup features. If you deny or limit this permission, some features may be unavailable or may operate only on the photos and videos you allow the App to access. You can change this permission at any time through your device settings. Cleanora: Phone Cleaner processes cleanup analysis on your device and does not upload photo-library content for that analysis.
Certain features may be offered as an in-app purchase, free trial, or automatically renewing subscription. The product screen shows the price, billing period, and trial duration before confirmation. Unless cancelled at least as required by the app store, a trial or subscription converts or renews and the store charges your selected payment method.
You can manage or cancel through your app-store account settings. Deleting an App does not cancel a subscription. Billing, taxes, refunds, and price-change notices are governed by applicable law and the relevant store’s rules.
Cleanora: Phone Cleaner does not offer a subscription or in-app purchase. A future version may add paid features, a subscription, or an in-app purchase; any available price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be shown before purchase and these Terms will be updated where necessary.
A Service may display advertising or use analytics, AI, security, support, or infrastructure supplied by third parties. External offers, websites, and services are controlled by their providers. We do not endorse or control their content, availability, or separate terms, and your dealings with them are between you and the provider.
You must not misuse the Services; bypass security or payment controls; probe or disrupt systems; introduce malware; scrape at scale; reverse engineer except where law expressly permits; impersonate another person; upload unlawful or harmful content; use AI processing to violate rights; or use the Services for illegal, deceptive, or dangerous activity.
The Services and all software, design, trademarks, and original content supplied by us or our licensors are protected by law. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features; issue compatibility or security updates; or impose reasonable technical limits. Device, network, platform, AI-provider, or store changes may affect operation. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, but this does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using an App at any time, but must separately cancel an active subscription. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach, unlawful conduct, security risk, non-payment, or discontinuation. Provisions that by nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms—remain effective.
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We are not responsible for loss caused by your failure to secure authenticator secrets or maintain recovery options, or by reliance on automated nutrition estimates.
Cleanora: Phone Cleaner helps identify photos and videos that may occupy device storage, but it does not guarantee any specific amount of storage savings. Actual results may vary based on your device, iOS behavior, iCloud Photos settings, the Recently Deleted album, available permissions, and the items you choose to delete.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss. Our aggregate liability relating to a Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for that Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. These limits do not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without designating a particular country or territory and without overriding mandatory consumer protections. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be brought before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable procedural law. Nothing here removes a right to use a competent consumer or regulatory forum.
We may update these Terms for legal, security, or product reasons and will revise the date above and give additional notice when required. If one provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver.
